CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+)

The CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) certification is a professional credential designed for individuals who want to pursue a career in technical training.

It is a vendor-neutral certification that covers the fundamental skills required to be an effective technical trainer, including assessing training needs, preparing training materials, delivering training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.

To earn the CTT+ certification, candidates must pass two exams: the CompTIA CTT+ Essentials exam and the CompTIA CTT+ Classroom Performance exam. The Essentials exam covers the core concepts of technical training, including adult learning theories, training delivery methods, and classroom management.

The CTT+ certification is recognized worldwide and is often required by organizations and government agencies that provide technical training to their employees or customers.

It is also a valuable credential for individuals who work as independent trainers or consultants. The certification is valid for three years, after which the candidate must complete continuing education activities to maintain their certification.
